Erotic romance, and her About page claims the ground rather than the shelf: it calls her a pioneer of the genre. The series page sets out the range, which is wider than the Crossfire books suggest. There is a Georgian historical series, the Renegade Angels and Dream Guardians paranormal sequences, Marked, Shadow Stalkers, Carnal Thirst and Bad Boys. The contemporary work is the billionaire romance end of erotic romance, which is what the Crossfire Saga is usually shelved as.

She describes her own work as trauma-informed and consent-forward. That is her wording for it, on her own pages, and it is the closest thing to a content note she publishes.

The Crossfire Saga, and what comes after it

The Crossfire Saga is the series to start with, and it starts at the beginning: Bared to You, which Amazon dates 24 May 2012 and credits to Berkley. The store editions that follow are Reflected in You (2 October 2012), Entwined with You (4 June 2013) and Captivated by You (18 November 2014). Those dates are the release dates the linked store pages show for those editions, which is not always the same as a first publication date.

The story continues in a spin-off series, Crossroads. Her book page for Illusive, the second Crossroads title, carries the retailer links, and her site says the series has no predetermined number of books. Who publishes Crossroads is not stated on the pages we read: Amazon prints Berkley on Bared to You and shows Penguin Group (USA) or Macmillan as seller on other Crossfire titles, and that is as far as the evidence goes.

Where to read her legitimately

Four routes, all of them paid. Her official site is the index: a books and series page, an audiobooks page, an events calendar and a newsletter sign-up. The Amazon author page lists the Kindle editions, and her Apple Books author page holds roughly 195 ebook entries, most of which are translations into other languages. Only the English editions are worth navigating from that page.

Audio is a real part of the catalogue rather than an afterthought. Her audiobooks page lists the recorded titles, including a multicast narration of Illusive released on 6 October 2026 according to her site news. We did not check which titles, if any, are in Kindle Unlimited.

The newsletter page is the only thing resembling a direct channel. The home page carries the same sign-up form, plus the monthly Selections giveaway. There is no subscription tier, no advance-chapter feed and no paid community that we could find.

How she works

She co-founded Passionate Ink, the erotic romance chapter of Romance Writers of America, in 2005, and later served as the organisation's president. Her About page also names the Authors Guild. That is an unusual amount of trade-body history for this list, and it is the reason her pages read more like a traditional author site than a creator storefront.

She keeps a public events calendar with signings on it, listing LoveNVegas in Las Vegas on 16 and 17 October 2026 and a New Orleans appearance on 19 and 20 February 2027, and she runs an author-notes blog alongside the giveaway. Everything above comes from her own pages.

What her own pages claim

Two claims are worth quoting rather than repeating as fact, because there is no erotica bestseller list anyone can read to check them. Her About page describes her as a #1 New York Times, #1 USA Today & #1 international bestselling author, and both that page and her Amazon bio say her books have sold over twenty million copies. Her About page adds translations in 41 languages. We checked no store ranking of our own.

What is not confirmed

Her About page refers to a two-decade career and gives no start year, so we publish none. The publisher of the Crossroads series is not stated. No subscription platform appears on the pages we read, which is not the same as proof that none exists. We did not check Kindle Unlimited status for any title, and the S.J. Day and Livia Dare books are not listed here because we did not read them. Nothing on this page touches her residence, travel or private life, all of which her About page mentions and we deliberately left out.
