Quick answer
- Monthly: $7.99, the same on the web About page and in the App Store and Google Play descriptions.
- Annual: $59.99 on the App Store. The web wording is $4.99 a month billed annually with no yearly total; 12 × $4.99 is $59.88, 11 cents less (our arithmetic).
- The saving: twelve monthly payments are $95.88, so a year at $59.99 saves $35.89, about 37 percent.
- Roses: tips for creators, sold in the app only: 1 for $2.99, 10 for $29.99, 25 for $69.99. Listening does not require them. A first Rose is free with a new subscription.
- Free tier and trial: none stated. Cancelling is described only as "Cancel anytime"; no refund rule is recorded.
What does Quinn cost, and what is optional?
Quinn cost has one required part and one optional. The required part is the subscription: the About page says Quinn is $7.99 a month, or $4.99 a month billed annually for unlimited access to all audios
. The optional part is Roses, which are tips attached to comments on a creator's audio. A listener who never buys a Rose pays only the subscription.
| Plan | Price | Billed | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly (web) | $7.99 | month | Unlimited access to all audios ('Cancel anytime' on the About page) |
| Monthly (App Store listing text) | $7.99 | month | The App Store description says '$59.99/year or $7.99/month' |
| Annual (App Store) | $59.99 | year | In-app purchase 'Yearly Subscription'; unlimited access to all audios |
| Gift, 12 months (web) | $59.99 | once | 12 months of Quinn as a gift ('Gift 12 months for $59.99') |
| Roses, 1 pack (App Store, app only) | $2.99 | once | Roses are tips for creators, not content credits |
| Roses, 10 pack (App Store, app only) | $29.99 | once | 10 Roses |
| Roses, 25 pack (App Store, app only) | $69.99 | once | 25 Roses |

The table mixes web rows, App Store rows and a gift. The "Roses" rows are marked app only. The App Store annual price is an in-app item; the web annual price has no printed total.
Monthly against annual, and web against App Store
Our arithmetic, from the published figures:
- Twelve monthly payments: 12 × $7.99 is $95.88.
- App Store annual: $59.99, a saving of $35.89 (about 37 percent).
- Web annual: 12 × $4.99 is $59.88, a saving of $36.00. That multiplication is ours: the web page prints no yearly total.
- The gap between web and store annual prices is therefore about 11 cents. Stores take a cut of in-app sales, which is the usual reason for a gap, but at this size it is not a premium. The monthly price is the same $7.99 in both places.
The break-even is short. $59.99 ÷ $7.99 is about 7.5, so the annual plan wins if you expect to listen for eight months or more, and monthly wins for seven or fewer. A 12-month gift costs $59.99, the same as the annual plan.
Roses: the part you can skip
Roses are tips that you can purchase and attach to comments on your favorite creators' audios
, and they are sold only in the app. Our arithmetic: one Rose is $2.99; ten for $29.99 is $3.00 each; 25 for $69.99 is $2.80 each. So only the 25-pack gives a real discount, about 6 percent below a single Rose, and the 10-pack costs about a cent more per Rose than buying one at a time. Per the Terms, Roses pay creators the monetary value less fees; the percentage is not stated, so we cannot say how much of $2.99 reaches the creator. They are not a way to unlock audio, so they do not belong in the cost of listening. The About page adds that your first Rose is free with a new subscription.
Free tier, trial, cancelling and refunds
Free tier versus trial. Neither is stated. The App Store text, the Google Play text and the About page mention no free plan or trial. The app downloads free with in-app purchases, which is a store label, not a free tier. The web sign-up flow needs an account to see, and we do not create accounts.
Cancelling and refunds. The About page says Cancel anytime
, and that is all the pages we read say. We did not record steps, a refund rule or a card descriptor. A store subscription is cancelled in the store, not in the app; see our guide to cancelling a story app subscription. For the statement line, see how erotica apps appear on your bill.
Is it worth paying? Against its nearest rival
General advice. Quinn is cheaper than Dipsea on every comparable figure we have: $7.99 against $12.99 a month, 38 percent less, and $59.99 against $69.99 a year on the App Store. What you pay for differs too, since Quinn's audio comes from independent voice creators and Dipsea's from a recruited cast, so price is not the only criterion. The sums are on Dipsea's cost page and the product comparison is Dipsea against Quinn.
- A trial run: pay for one month, and decide before the second payment.
- A long listen: the annual plan after about eight months.
- Someone giving a present: the 12-month gift at $59.99.
