Ferly Review

Audio app

Ferly is a sexual-wellness app of guided audio programmes with a small section of erotic stories, so it is an adjacent service and not an erotica library. Its website lists £12.99 a month, £39.99 a year or £399.99 for life, with a 7-day trial. This Ferly review covers what the stories amount to and what the prices really are.

Quick answer

  • What it is: mostly guided practices and education. The App Store text lists 900+ minutes of guided practices, 500+ of theory and "290+ minutes of stories".
  • Price: £12.99 a month, £39.99 a year and £399.99 lifetime on the website, in pounds. The App Store lists dollars, including four different annual prices.
  • Free: a 7-day trial ("Try Ferly free for 7 days"). Nothing else free is stated, and the pages do not say whether a card is needed.
  • Where: iPhone (rated 18+, last updated April 29, 2025) and Android (17+, 50K+ downloads). A web version is not confirmed.
  • Age: only the store ratings: 18+ on the App Store and 17+ on Google Play. We found no user-age clause in the Terms text.

What Is Ferly?

Ferly offers expert-led audio programmes on sexual wellness, built from guided practices and theory, with a smaller set of sensual stories. The Google Play text mentions "erotic stories" among the contents. The operator is Leika Limited, trading as Ferly, with a London address and a UK company number in its terms and conditions. The Android listing carries a different name, "Ferly - explore your body".

We cover Ferly as an adjacent service. Anyone searching for audio erotica will find it in the stores, but the product is mostly education and guided practice, and the pages should be read with that in mind.

Ferly review: who it suits

It suits someone who wants guided sexual-wellness audio with a story section attached, not a library of erotic stories. If the stories are the point, the numbers below say why other services fit better. Dipsea, Quinn and Bloom Stories are built around stories, and Dipsea and Bloom Stories each claim a library of 1000+ audios, though they count differently.

What is in the library

The website says "100s of audio sessions". The App Store text gives the split in minutes: 900+ of guided practices, 500+ of theory and 290+ of stories. Those are vendor figures, rounded up, and they count minutes, not titles. Taken at face value, stories are about a sixth of the listed audio, roughly five hours in total.

Almost everything else you might want to know about the stories is not published on the pages we read: genres, narrators, story lengths, languages and release schedule. The App Store listing says only that the content is audio-based. Whether the stories are voice-narrated, and by whom, is not stated. Interactive or branching stories, AI-generated stories, offline listening and a creator programme are likewise not stated. Our audio erotica feature page shows which services say they have the feature.

Is Ferly free?

Only as a trial. The home page says "Try Ferly free for 7 days", and the monthly and annual plans are both listed with it; the lifetime plan is not. No free tier is stated beyond that, and the pages do not say whether a card is required to start. Our guide to cancelling a story app subscription is a useful read before any trial.

The table converts the pound prices to dollars at a published ECB rate and marks the result with a tilde. Read the currency before comparing: the website's monthly price is £12.99 and the App Store's is $12.99, the same digits in two currencies. Converted, the web price is the higher of the two. Which one you pay depends on where you buy, and the App Store listing is the US storefront.

On the website, the annual plan is the bargain. Twelve monthly payments of £12.99 come to £155.88, so the £39.99 annual plan is about a quarter of that. The lifetime price of £399.99 equals about ten years of the annual plan, or a little over thirty months of monthly payments, so it only pays off for someone who expects to keep using Ferly for years.

The App Store is less tidy. Its in-app purchase list shows four annual price points in dollars ($35.99, $49.99, $59.99 and $79.99) and does not say which is current. It also carries a "Ferly Premium" purchase at $39.99 whose period is not stated. We did not see the purchase screen, so we cannot say what a new subscriber is offered.

The iPhone listing was last updated on April 29, 2025 (version 4.10.7), about eighteen months before our check, so the app itself has not changed for over a year. That is not evidence it has stopped working, and the website was answering when we checked, but it is a reason to read the recent store reviews before paying. The Google Play listing shows 50K+ downloads.

Privacy, billing and age

Ferly publishes less on age than most services in this section. We found no user-age clause in the text of the Terms page, and no age check at sign-up was seen, since we do not create accounts. What exists is the store ratings: 18+ on the App Store and 17+ on Google Play.

Store ratings speak about the listener. For the characters, we looked on the Terms page, the home page FAQ and in the store text for a sentence saying that all of them are adults, and did not find one. The stories themselves have not been audited. We did not record a privacy policy address, a card descriptor, cancellation steps or a refund rule. Our page on whether erotica apps are private explains what to look for in each.

Pros

  • A 7-day free trial
  • Guided programmes and education alongside the stories, from a UK company
  • Both web and App Store prices are published

Cons

  • Erotica is a small part of the product, about 290 minutes of stories
  • The iOS app was last updated in April 2025
  • The App Store lists four different annual price points
  • We found no sentence stating that all characters are adults

Best Ferly alternatives

Dipsea is the closest in shape: it also sells guided wellness audio and sleep audio, but inside a library of voice-acted erotic series, at $12.99 a month or $69.99 a year. Bloom Stories has a Guides collection beside its stories, a free rotating selection, and states that its audio is human-made. For a browser-based option, femtasy offers stories, sounds and 360-degree audio from $15.99 a month.

The audio erotica section puts all of them in one table, and the apps section lists every other review.

FAQ

Is Ferly an erotica app?

Only in part. It is a sexual-wellness app, and the stories are a smaller section: the App Store text lists 290+ minutes of stories against 900+ minutes of guided practices and 500+ of theory.

How much is Ferly?

On the website: £12.99 a month, £39.99 a year or £399.99 for lifetime access, with a 7-day trial. On the US App Store, monthly is $12.99 and lifetime is $399.99, and annual is shown at four different prices.

Does Ferly have a free trial?

Yes, 7 days, according to the home page. The pages we read do not say whether a card is needed.

Is there a Ferly Android app?

Yes. Google Play lists it as "Ferly - explore your body", rated 17+, with 50K+ downloads.

Why does the App Store list four annual prices for Ferly?

The listing does not say. It shows $35.99, $49.99, $59.99 and $79.99 for the annual purchase, and the website's annual plan is £39.99. We cannot tell which price is current.

What age do you have to be to use Ferly?

The App Store rates it 18+ and Google Play 17+. We found no age clause in the text of the Terms page.

Final verdict

Ferly is worth a look if you want guided sexual-wellness audio and would like some erotic stories alongside it, and the 7-day trial lets you check the balance. It is the wrong pick if you came for a library of stories: about five hours of them sit inside a much larger body of education. The App Store pricing is hard to read and the iPhone app is eighteen months from its last update.
