Erotica Apps

Erotica Apps With AI-Generated Stories

Fourteen services in our records say a model writes their stories: three from a library generated in advance, nine to your prompt and two as drafting tools for authors. Three more say their stories are human-written. The question readers ask is where a service admits it, and for the three libraries the answer is a store listing or the terms, and for one of them its home page as well.

Updated

Quick answer

  • Who says so: 14 services in our records say a model writes their stories: 5 apps and 9 platforms. A service not listed has published no answer, which is not a no.
  • Three kinds: a library generated in advance (Satinaire, Erotic Stories - Erotica, Blushed), stories written to your prompt (nine services), and drafting tools where the author steers (Sudowrite, NovelCrafter).
  • Where it is admitted: for the three libraries, in the store listing, the terms or, for Satinaire, its home page. Erotic Stories - Erotica puts it in a disclaimer: Stories written by AI-generated and not curated.
  • Services that say no: Bloom Stories and Literotica say they do not use AI to write, and Lore describes its stories as human-written. Lore does run an AI chat layer beside them.
  • Free: 9 of the 14 have a usable free tier. Of the three libraries, Satinaire is free with ads; the other two have no free tier confirmed.

"AI-generated" covers three different arrangements, and the reader's question changes with each. For a library, the question is whether the stories you are paying to read were written by a person. For a service that writes to your prompt, it is how far you can steer it. For an author's tool, it is who owns the draft. This page lists the 14 services that say a model writes, the three that say they never do, and where each makes its statement. It is one of the erotica app features we track.

What "AI-generated stories" means, and why disclosure is the point

We define it as text written by a model rather than by a person, either on demand or in a pre-generated library. The caveat that goes with it is the reason for this page: whether a service says its library is AI-written is a fact readers ask for, and some only admit it in the store listing.

The word is used loosely in several directions. It is not the same as AI narration, which is a separate feature covered by voice narration. It is not the same as AI-assisted production: Spicify's terms permit AI to assist with creation, editing, narration and personalisation, which is a permission and not a statement that its stories are AI-written, so it is not on the list. And it is not an AI chat layer: Lore runs one beside human-written stories.

How we grouped the 14

We grouped by when the model writes: ahead of time for a library you read, on demand for you, or on behalf of an author. That follows each service's own description and is not a quality order. A service missing here has published no answer, which is not the same as no.

Group 1: the library was generated in advance (3)

This is the group the caveat is about. Each service sells or gives away a library of finished stories, and each says AI wrote some or all of it. They differ in where they say so.

ServiceWhere it says soWhat it says
SatinaireIts site, its Terms (section 3) and Google PlayA free app of AI-written romance and fantasy serials; Google Play adds AI-crafted and human-curated romance stories; the Terms say stories, illustrations, character voices and narration are generated in whole or in part, by artificial intelligence systems
Erotic Stories - EroticaIts App Store listing, in a disclaimerStories written by AI-generated and not curated. They may contain biases or inaccuracies.
BlushedIts store listingAI-Enhanced Textual Narratives: Collaborating with seasoned writers, our AI crafts unique and divergent storylines, plus AI-generated artwork

Satinaire is the open one, and even it has an inconsistency worth knowing: its home page promises Original voice work on every premium chapter while its Terms and Google Play say narration is AI. We treat the Terms as the stronger statement. Erotic Stories - Erotica is the blunt one: the sentence is in the listing, under a heading marked DISCLAIMER, and the developer's own site does not mention the app. Blushed is the hybrid: its copy describes AI working with writers, without saying what share is which. It was last updated in 2024 on iOS and 2025 on Android. Library sizes in this group are claims. Satinaire's Google Play page says 900-plus stories and its site says 1,500-plus, and neither is a count we made.

Group 2: written to your prompt (9)

Here the model writes as you play, so there is no library to disclose. The services are Erota, NovelX, DreamGen, DreamPress AI, StoryLoom, Pirr, AI Dungeon, NovelAI and Outfox Stories (whose AI chats and text adventures sit beside stories written by readers). Each says so on its own pages: Erota's home page offers Custom Explicit Erotic stories written by AI, StoryLoom's footer says Stories are generated by AI and are fiction, and AI Dungeon calls its custom scenarios and community adventures powered by AI. Pirr's FAQ describes stories crafted uniquely for you with the help of advanced AI that do not appear in one shot, but unfold line by line.

What each lets you do, and what it costs, is covered on the page on custom stories, so we do not repeat the tables. The AI hub covers whose model each one runs, since the content rules belong to whoever supplies it.

Group 3: tools for authors (2)

Sudowrite and NovelCrafter are included because their records say a model writes, but they are for authors, not readers. In Sudowrite the author prompts and steers and the model writes, using its own Muse and Ballad models plus 30-plus others. NovelCrafter ships no model: the AI comes from a vendor you connect or a local model. Both are on a paid plan with a trial, and neither has a free plan. On explicit content, Sudowrite's Muse has virtually none in the way of filtering, while its OpenAI-based models avoid explicit sexual content, and NovelCrafter depends on the model you connect. Our creators section starts at the best erotica platforms for writers.

Services that say they do not

The opposite statement is as useful as the first, and it is rarer.

  • Bloom Stories: its FAQ answers What's your stance on AI? with We never use AI to write, record, or edit any of our stories, adding no LLMs, no voice cloning and no AI-produced images. Its one AI feature, Bloom Chat, was discontinued, and its iOS listing text is out of date: it still advertises AI roleplay chatbots.
  • Literotica: works generated by AI or large language models cannot be published there, because Literotica publishes works by human for humans. Its terms also forbid scraping or using site content for AI.
  • Lore: its stories are described as human-written, with an AI chat layer alongside. Its privacy policy mentions delivering AI responses and training its AI on anonymised chat data, which the record treats as a different product from a model writing the story.

For most services the pages we read say nothing either way. Dipsea and Quinn, for example, do not mention AI-written stories on the pages we read, and we make no claim about them. Smuthie's developer site says its apps are powered by state of the art ai models without naming Smuthie, so that is not recorded either.

What labels exist at the big stores

The general retailers handle this differently from the specialist services. Apple Books requires AI-generated book content to be labelled AI Generated by, with the creation method in the description. Amazon's content guidelines for authors require them to tell Amazon when a book is AI-generated, but on the pages we read that label is not shown to readers, so a missing label on a Kindle+ title proves little. Wattpad removes stories involving non-consensual AI or deepfakes of real people but has no general AI-story policy that we confirmed, and Archive of Our Own has none that we found.

Free or paid access

Nine of the 14 have a usable free tier in their own records: Pirr, Satinaire, StoryLoom, AI Dungeon, DreamGen, DreamPress AI, Erota, NovelX and Outfox Stories. The other five are Blushed, Erotic Stories - Erotica, NovelAI, NovelCrafter and Sudowrite, and that column means "no free tier confirmed", not "paid only". The services that write to your prompt meter the free tier in credits, daily or monthly. The library apps do not.

  • Erotic Stories - Erotica lists a three-day trial, a weekly plan at $5.99, an annual plan at $29.99 and a one-time payment at $39.99 on the US App Store. The listing does not say which plan carries the trial or what the one-time payment unlocks.
  • Blushed is free to download; its store list shows Blushed Club at $4.99, $7.99 and $9.99 and Hearts packs from $0.99, with periods and contents not stated.
  • NovelAI has no free plan but a one-time trial of 50 text generations, and the writers' tools have trials of their own: 21 days for NovelCrafter with no card, and a free trial for Sudowrite.

Limits to know about

  • The statements are vendor wording. We record what each service says, not what its stories contain. A service that is silent might use AI, and a denial is also only a statement, though the three above are specific ones.
  • "AI-written" tells you nothing about quality. We have not read or run any of them.
  • The model sets the rules. For nine of these, what can be written follows the model, not the app.
  • Some records are shaky. Blushed's last store updates date from 2024 and 2025, and Satinaire's two library-size figures disagree.

Which service suits which reader

These match a need to what the records show. They are not rankings.

  • You want to know a person wrote it: Bloom Stories, Literotica or Lore, each of which says so.
  • You want an AI-written library and open disclosure: Satinaire, which says it in three places, or Erotic Stories - Erotica, which puts it in a disclaimer.
  • You want to generate your own: the nine on-demand services; our page on AI adult story generators compares them, and AI porn story generators takes the explicit end.
  • You write and want a model to help: Sudowrite or NovelCrafter, the second with a model of your choosing.

FAQ

Which erotica apps use AI to write stories?

In our records: Satinaire, Erotic Stories - Erotica and Blushed for their libraries, and Erota, NovelX, DreamGen, DreamPress AI, StoryLoom, Pirr, AI Dungeon, NovelAI and Outfox Stories for stories written to your prompt. Sudowrite and NovelCrafter are authors' tools.

How can I tell whether a story app is AI-written?

General advice: read the store listing's description and any disclaimer, then the terms. In our records the disclosures are in exactly those places. If none of them says, the answer is unknown, not no.

Which erotica services say they never use AI?

Bloom Stories (We never use AI to write, record, or edit any of our stories), Literotica (works by humans, for humans) and Lore, whose stories are described as human-written beside an AI chat layer.

Is AI narration the same as AI-written?

No. Satinaire's Terms cover both, but Spicify's terms permit AI-assisted narration without saying its stories are AI-written. The voice narration page lists who uses synthetic voices.

Are AI erotica apps free?

Nine of the 14 have a free tier, usually a daily or monthly allowance of credits. The library apps and the writers' tools do not.
